Refund Policy & Procedure
We try to make returns easy. First, some general rules:

Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date on the receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Customers must pay the return shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the item must still be new and in the original packaging in its original condition. In other words, unless otherwise noted below, if we cannot sell the product in the condition it is returned, then we will not issue a refund. However, all orders of $300 or more are charged a 15% restocking fee.

In all cases, a refund can be provided only to the original purchaser and in the method used for the original payment (e.g., credit card, check, PayPal, etc).

Some items cannot be returned; see product description.

Custom printed items and special orders are not refundable.

For international orders, the customer must pay all shipping charges to return an item to us and/or to reship an item to the customer, without exception.

All orders of $300 or more are charged a 15% restocking fee.
There are several reasons why you may want to return an item.
You shipped me the wrong item!
We apologize for shipping the wrong item! We strive for zero errors, but sometimes we're a little spaced out from drinking too much coffee (but not often!). Contact us at (702) 291-8043 or customerservice@artifactsco.com to arrange for the return and shipment of the correct item.
The item is not what I thought it would be!
The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt. The item must be in original, unused condition with the original packaging. If it was necessary to open the packaging to inspect the item, that's okay, but the item must NOT show any signs of use or wear!

Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping. My item is damaged or doesn't work!
If your package arrives damaged, or items in the package are broken even when there is no external package damage, please keep all package materials, including the external box. Call us immediately at (702) 291-8043 , and we will file a damage claim on your behalf. The shipping company may want to inspect the packaging.
The recipient didn't like the gift
It happens. We're happy to provide a refund to the person who purchased the item.

The item arrived too late!
You might consider keeping the item(s) for a future event since it may be less costly than returning it. However, we're happy to take the item back and provide a refund.

I ordered too many!
It's good that you were optimistic :-) We're happy to take the extra items back and provide a refund unless the product description indicates otherwise.
